Abertay RUK Scholarship: Business

Overview

拢1,000 for every year you pay tuition fees, plus a fee-free final year if you study all four years. 

If you start in Year 1 and complete all four years at Abertay in Dundee, we waive your Year 4 tuition fee. A four-year Scottish honours degree then costs you the same as a three year degree elsewhere in the UK.

You also receive 拢1,000 in every year you pay a tuition fee. The scholarship is not paid in a fee-free final year.

If you join us through direct entry to Year 2 or Year 3, you pay a tuition fee in each year of your degree and receive 拢1,000 in each of those years.

What you receive

• Start in year 1: 拢1,000 in years 1, 2 and 3, plus a fee-free Year 4. Total: 拢3,000 and a Year 4 tuition fee waiver.

• Direct entry to year 2: 拢1,000 in years 2, 3 and 4. Total: 拢3,000.

• Direct entry to year 3: 拢1,000 in years 3 and 4. Total: 拢2,000.

Eligibility

To be eligible you must meet all of these conditions:

• Be resident in England, Wales or Northern Ireland.

• Be classified as Rest of UK (RUK) fee status by 麻豆原创.

• Register with 麻豆原创 in Dundee as a full-time student for your undergraduate degree.

• Meet all the academic conditions attached to your offer of admission as a new full-time student starting in September 2027.

• Apply for one of the undergraduate degrees listed on this page.

• Study on campus in Dundee for the whole of your degree.

This scholarship is open to students applying for their first UK degree. It is available whether you start in Year 1 or enter directly into Year 2 or Year 3.

The Year 4 tuition fee waiver applies only if you start in Year 1 and complete all four years at Abertay in Dundee.

Students who are currently registered with us, or transferring from another UK higher education institution, are not eligible. Direct entry to Year 4 is not eligible for this scholarship.

How to apply

You do not need to complete an application form.

If you meet all the eligibility criteria, you will receive this scholarship and be notified after you have accepted our offer.

What about other University financial support?

This scholarship may not be combined with other University scholarships, but can be held alongside the Abertay RUK Bursary.
